1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Blind mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. SMS Verification

To use Blind, you must verify your phone number. By entering your phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive SMS messages containing one-time verification codes. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive up to 3 verification codes per hour. You can opt-out of receiving verification codes by not requesting additional codes or by deleting your account.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Blind. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Blind in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not harass, abuse, or harm other users. You will not use the App for any illegal purpose.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
